About Us
Welcome to Casa Bos, where luxury meets comfort in stunning holiday villas across Spain and the Netherlands. Founded by René Bos and his wife Helma, proud parents of five children and grandparents to eleven, our journey began with a quest to find Europe’s own Florida. We discovered this paradise in Southeast Spain, a region that boasts natural beauty, fantastic weather, abundant sunshine, and the charming Spanish city of Alicante.
Our Villas in Spain
Located in Gran Alacant, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, our modern villas are the perfect retreat. Each villa, constructed between 2015 and 2022, is stylishly furnished and maintained to the highest standards. They are conveniently situated within a 5-10 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centers, and supermarkets, and only 1.6 kilometers from the Mediterranean beaches. Enjoy the healthiest climate in Europe, thanks to the nearby salt lakes and over 330 days of sunshine annually.

Each villa is unique, featuring a Jacuzzi and, in Spain, also a swimming pool. Casa Bos Waterstaete 40, though without a swimming pool, offers an exceptional experience with its location surrounded by water, an electric boat housed in a private boathouse, and a double charging station for electric cars.
