Payments

- Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit must be made to confirm a booking. The balance is due as specified at the time of booking.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. This will be specified at the time of booking and is intended to cover any damages or additional
charges incurred during your stay.
User Responsibilities
- Conduct: Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any illegal activities or disturbances will result in immediate termination of the rental
agreement without refund. - Damages: Users are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or
charged to the user.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: We collect and use personal data by our Privacy Policy.
- Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Casa Bos Properties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Force Majeure: Casa Bos Properties is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war,
or government actions.
